Register Online

To help reduce the use of paper, and to assist with our data collection, you are encouraged to register on the IAGSDC website.

To register for the convention, you'll need a profile. If you don't have one already, the first step is to create a profile. (If you previously created a profile and have forgotten your user name or password, you can reset your password.)
Once you have a profile, you can register online.
If you have problems with these instructions, email and we'll help you figure it all out!

Register by Mail

If you prefer to register by mail, print and complete this registration form. (Payment details and mailing address are included on the form.) Please keep a copy for your records.

Registration Rates

Your registration includes four days of great dancing, one banquet, and one brunch.

Until July 7, 2014: US$ 185
Until May 31, 2015: US$ 210
Until March 31, 2016: US$ 250
Until July 1, 2016: US$ 275

Non-Dancers: US$ 130

Mainstream, Plus, Advanced, C1, C2, C3A, C3B, C4

Credit Card Payments

To pay by credit card, please register via the IAGSDC website. A PayPal account is not required to make payment. Having problems using PayPal?

Cancellations

Until March 31, 2016:: Your registration fee will be refunded, less a US$ 60 administration fee
Between April 1 - July 1, 2016:: US$ 50 refund
After July 1, 2016:: No refunds

Transfers

You can transfer a registration to another person by notifying us and paying a fee of US$ 30 for transfers recorded before April 30, 2016, or US$ 50 for transfers received after that date.

Returned Cheques

Any returned cheques will incur a fee of US$ 30. In addition, your registration for the event and tours may be cancelled.
